多发脑结核瘤的MRI诊断

目的 分析多发脑结核瘤的MRI表现。方法 回顾分析9例经临床治疗并确诊的多发脑结核瘤的MRI表现。MRI采用SE T1WI、FSE T1WI、FLAIR和Gd-DTPA增强扫描。结果 未成熟结节呈长T1、长T2信号，病灶周围水肿明显，结节性强化。成熟结核结节呈典型的“环靶征”，病灶周围水肿较轻，环形强化。T2WI和增强扫描显示更佳。结论 多发脑结核瘤MRI的表现具有特征性。

MRI diagnosis of intracranial multituberculoma

Objective To study the MRI features of intracranial multituberculoma. Methods MRI features were retrospectively analyzed in 9 patients with intracranial multituberculoma confirmed by antituberculosis therapy. All patients underwent MRI with SE T1WI, FSE T2WI, FLAIR and Gd-DTPA enhanced T1WI. Results Immature tuberculomas showed hypointensity signal on T1WI and hyperintensity signal on T2WI,and nodular enhancement after contrast injection, and were surrounded by obvious edema tissue. Mature tuberculomas showed typical target sign on T2WI,and were sur- rounded by slight edema tissue and showed nodular or annular enhancement. T2WI and Gd-DTPA enhanced T1WI showed the lesions more clearly than the other two sequences. Conclusion The MRI images of intracranial multituberculomas are characteristic.
