密闭式纯水循环冷却系统热负荷试验方法的探讨

摘    要:以空气散热器热平衡试验为基准,来验证密闭式纯水冷却系统的散热性能是否满足设计及使用要求。在密闭式纯水循环冷却系统出厂前,应用热负荷试验装置模拟换流阀冷却过程,并通过多方位的数据采集及处理,以达到提前把握产品实际散热功率、预防散热能力不足并及时进行有针对性改善的目的。同时也为设计人员提供了一定设计参考,可以更高效地完成设计工作。

Abstract:Based on air radiator heat load test,whether the heat dispersion of closed type pure water cooling system would satisfy the design and use requirements were proved.Before the closed type pure water cooling system leave factory,the aims of grasping the actual heat dissipation power of product in advance,preventing cooling ability insufficient and promptly targeted improve,by imitating the converter valve heat transfer process using heat load test equipments and by capable of data collection and processing,Meanwhile reference was offered to designers,so the design work could be completed more efficiently.
