基于碳交易市场的火电机组低碳电力成本效益分析

摘    要:为调动发电行业减排的积极性,应对发电企业尤其是火电企业的低碳成本进行综合分析。基于成本效益法,以火电机组的固定成本、可变成本等发电成本作为低碳电力技术改造的支出,以减少的碳排放作为收益,综合技术改造的成本量化公式及碳交易市场的碳排放价格,在碳交易市场下量化了碳减排的经济效益。对X发电集团火电机组的分析结果表明,低碳效益大于技术改造成本,可见该分析方法可行。

Abstract:In order to motivate the positivity of emissions reduction for power generation industry, low carbon cost of power plant especial for thermal power industry should be analyzed comprehensively. Based on cost-benefit method, taking fixed and variable cost of thermal unit as low carbon power cost, the cost of technology renovation and the price of carbon emission are quantified by taking carbon emission reduction as benefit. Meanwhile, it qualifies the economic benefits of carbon emission in carbon trading market. Finally, taking thermal unit of the X power corporation for an example, the results show that the low carbon benefits is larger than technology reform costs. Therefore, the proposed method is feasible.
