硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合正清风痛宁治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

目的 观察硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合正清风痛宁治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 将膝骨关节炎患者80例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合正清风痛宁治疗,6周后比较两组之间Lequesne指数的差异。结果 治疗组Lequesne指数改善的百分率优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合正清风痛宁治疗膝骨关节炎有效。

Clinical Study of Glucosamine Sulfate Combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of glucosamine sulfate combined with Zhengqing Feng- tongning in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were administered with glueosamine sul- fate while those in the treatment group received combination therapy of glucosamine sulfate combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning tablets. The efficacy was evaluated after 6 weeks by using Lequesne index. Results The Lequesne index in the treatment group was much better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination therapy of glucosamine sulfate and Zhengqing Fengtongning is effective in the treatment of knee ostecarthritis.
