摘    要:快速有效地诊断和排除自行火炮故障是当前装备维修保障工作的重点。对这样复杂的设备进行故障源的充分暴露和故障定位,仅依靠传统方法有较大的局限性。将故障诊断专家系统引入自行火炮故障诊断领域为自行火炮故障诊断提供了新的方法。该系统由诊断信息获取模块、案例库管理系统、诊断推理机制、学习模块、人机界面和诊断报告模块组成。利用CBR技术建立的故障诊断专家系统可提高自行火炮的维修效率和自行火炮装备故障诊断的正确性和效率。

Abstract:To diagnose and remove faults of self-propelled gun rapidly and effectively is an important work in current armament maintenance and support. Fault resource exposure and fault location for such complicated equipment have large limitations by only use of traditional methods, introducing fault diagnosis expert system into fault diagnosis of self-propelled gun can provide new method for fault diagnosis. The system consists of diagnosis information acquiring module, case package management system, diagnosis reasoning system, study module, man machine interface and diagnosis report module etc. Fault diagnosis expert system based on CRB technology can improve maintenance efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis of self-propelled gun.
