| 摘 要： | 项目成本的发生涉及到项目的整个周期,从施工准备开始,经施工过程至竣工移交后的保修期结束,因此,成本控制工作要伴随项目施工的每一阶段。文章根据项目成本控制的基本原理,着重从如何搞好事前计划,事中控制,事后分析的角度论述了降低成本的途径和措施。
