| 摘 要： | 应用前臂桡侧岛状逆行转移皮瓣治疗两例手部创伤病人,效果满意。其中一例创造性地在急性手部损伤合并骨缺损4小时后同时进行一期植骨及皮瓣逆行转移,并获成功。
