二苯胺和碘苯反应合成三苯胺

摘    要:在氮气保护下,以二苯胺为原料,加入碘苯、铜类催化剂、碱及有机溶剂进行反应,合成三苯胺类化合物。考察了不同的碱、不同有机溶剂及反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明,在铜类催化剂作用下,选用氢化钠作碱,二甲苯为溶剂,反应16~18h,二苯胺和碘苯反应合成三苯胺可以得到良好的产率。

Abstract:Triphenylamine can be readily prepared in excellent yield by copper catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of iodobenzene and diphenylamine.Influences of various bases,organic solvents and reaction time were discussed.According to the experimental results,the optimized reaction conditions were determined as follows:by using NaH as a base and copper as a catalyst,diphenylamine is coupled with iodobenzene to generate triphenylamine in high yield.
