| 摘 要： | 随着《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》在全国范围内的实施，表明国有资金为主投资的大、中型建设工程招标投标必须实行工程量清单计价，按国家《招标投标法》及有关条例规定，对提高国有资金效益和规范及建筑市场秩序具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of specification of inventory valuation on engineering quantity of construction, it is purported that large and medium scale construction investigated mainly by stateowned capital must carry out inventory valuation on quantity of construction according to Bid and Tender Regulation and relevant rules, this plays an important role in raising the use efficiency of state-owned capital and regulating the order of construction market. |
