异种胎盘修复大块骨缺损的实验研究

目的：旨在研究异种胎盘对大块骨缺损的修复作用。方法：选用成年杂种家兔56只，随机分成A、B两组。家兔双侧桡骨中上1／3处骨干截除1．2cm，A组一侧植入胎盘，另一侧植入脱矿骨粉；B组一侧植入自体骨，另一侧为空白对照。术后2、4、8、12周分别处死进行放射线学、组织学、力学、骨矿含量分析。结果显示：A组的胎盘侧、脱矿骨粉与B组自体骨侧均愈合良好，无明显差异。结论：植入胎盘一侧各项分析均优于空白对照侧。

The Experimental Research on Repairment of Massive Bone Defect Heterogenic Placenta

56 adult hybrid rabits were divided into A and B groups radomly. The 1. 2cm radlal bone were resected bilaterally at mid - upper 1 /3. then placenta was transplantated on one side and demineralized bone poeder was transplantated on the other in A group .one side was recieved autoplasty and the other was used as control in B group. The analysis was taken on radiology, histology,machenics and bone mineral contents in postoperative 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks seperately. The results showed that the bone healed well on both sides in A and the autoplasty side in R and there was no significant difference. Every data on tha placenta transplantation side were better than the control side in B.
