随着工业的发展以及能源需求量的不断攀升,传统化石能源资源已不能满足人类社会的要求。太阳能具有极大的应用潜力,而探索太阳能材料非常重要。本文调研了太阳能电池材料的发展、太阳能电池现阶段状况、太阳能电池的商业化发展趋势。

The Study Status of Solar Energy Cell

With the development of industry and the increasing of energy sources demand,the traditional fossil energy resources can not satisfy the requirement of human society.The solar energy has great application potential.For its practical applications,it is of importance to realize the material properties.Here,some of recent progresses on the solar energy material,as well as the corresponding development state on research of solar energy were reviewed.And the possible future directions in commercial field were also reviewed.
