综合疗法对恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的疗效

目的探究综合疗法对恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症的治疗效果。方法选取2016年12月—2018年12月期间医院收治的168例恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症患者作为本次的研究对象,以随机数字表法将患者分入对照组(84例)和研究组(84例),对照组仅采取西药治疗,研究组采取中药+针刺+艾灸的综合疗法。比较两组的治疗效果及治疗前、后的白细胞计数的变化。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为97.62%(82/84),高于对照组88.10%(74/84)的治疗总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较治疗前两组患者的白细胞计数,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的白细胞计数较治疗前有了明显改变且研究组的白细胞计数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合疗法可以更有效地提高患者白细胞计数,对恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症有显著疗效。

Therapeutic Effect of Combined Therapy on Leukopenia After Chemotherapy for Malignant Tumors

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of comprehensive therapy on leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumors.Methods A total of 168 patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy in the hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.The patients were enrolled in the control group(84 patients)by random number table method.And the study group(84 cases),the control group received conservative treatment of drugs,the study group took the combination of drugs+acupuncture+moxibustion.The therapeutic effects of the two groups and the changes in white blood cell counts and immune function indicators(IL-6 and IL-8)before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.62%(82/84),which was higher than the total effective rate of 88.10%(74/84)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in white blood cell count between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell counts of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment,and the white blood cell count of the study group was higher than that of the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive therapy can more effectively improve the white blood cell count of patients,and has a significant effect on leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumors.
