腹腔镜与开腹根治术对进展期胃癌的作用分析

目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选定本院收治的进展期胃癌患者74例,研究时段自2017年1月-2018年12月,按照治疗方式分组,分对照组(37例,开腹胃癌根治术治疗)、试验组(37例,腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗),回顾分析临床资料,比较手术前后炎症因子水平、术后并发症。结果试验组术前1d C反应(CRP)水平与对照组相比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,术后3 d两组均较治疗前升高,但试验组较对照组低,P<0.05;试验组术后并发症发生率为5.40%,比对照组(21.62%)低,P<0.05。结论在进展期胃癌患者治疗中,腹腔镜治疗较开腹胃癌根治术创伤更小,更利于患者预后恢复,并发症发生率较低,安全性更为理想。

Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic and Open Radical Surgery on Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer.Methods 74 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected and divided into control group(37 cases,radical gastrectomy with open stomach)and experimental group(37 cases,radical gastrectomy with laparoscopy)from January 2017 to December 2018.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the levels of inflammatory factors and complications before and after operation were compared.Results The level of CRP in the experimental group was not have statistically significant compared control grooup,P>0.05.The level of CRP in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group before operation,but lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group(5.40%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.62%)after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients,laparoscopic gastrectomy is less traumatic than open radical gastrectomy,more conducive to the prognosis of patients with recovery,lower incidence of complications,more ideal safety.
