经阴道与经腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果

目的研究经阴道手术以及腹腔镜手术分别应用在治疗子宫肌瘤中的效果。方法选取2018年3月-2019年4月在医院接受子宫肌瘤治疗的92例患者作为本次研究活动的观察对象,将其依据随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)与试验组(46例)后,为对照组患者进行经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术,并为试验组患者进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,然后比较两组在术中出血量、手术时间、胃肠恢复时间以及并发症情况方面的差异。结果 (1)两组患者分别接受不同的手术治疗,试验组的术中出血量明显少于对照组,且试验组所耗费的手术时间、胃肠恢复时间均短于对照组,P<0.05;(2)在治疗过程中,试验组患者出现并发症的概率是2.17%,而对照组患者出现并发症的概率是15.22%,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术对于治疗子宫肌瘤效果极佳,且能够缩短患者恢复时间,减轻对患者身体的损伤,降低并发症出现概率。

Transvaginal and Laparoscopic Surgery for Uterine Fibroids

Objective To study the effects of transvaginal surgery and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent uterine fibroids in our hospital from March 20 to April 2019 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into the control group(46 cases) and the experiment according to the random number table method. After the group(46 cases), the patients in the control group were subjected to transvaginal hysteromyoma removal, and the patients in the experimental group were subjected to laparoscopic hysteromyoma removal. Then, the intraoperative blood loss, operation time, and gastrointestinal recovery were compared between the two groups. Time and differences in complications. Results(1) The two groups of patients received different surgical treatments. The intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group, and the experimental group spent The operation time and gastrointestinal recovery time were shorter than the control group, P<0.05.(2) During the treatment, the probability of complications in the experimental group was 2.17%, while the probability of complications in the control group was 15.22%. P<0.05. Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine fibroids removal is excellent for the treatment of uterine fibroids, and can shorten the recovery time of patients, reduce the damage to the patient’s body and reduce the probability of complications.
