| 摘 要： | 目的研究康复护理对老年心肌梗死合并心律失常的影响。方法本次研究纳入120例老年心肌梗死合并心律失常患者,病例选取时间为2017年1月—2018年12月,按照信封法随机分为两组,对照组60例采用常规护理干预,观察组60例采用早期康复护理干预。比较两组的心功能指标、运动耐力、日常生活活动能力评分。结果观察组老年心肌梗死合并心律失常患者干预后的心率低于对照组,左室射血分数、每搏量以及6 min步行距离和Barthel指数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年心肌梗死合并心律失常患者实施早期康复护理有助于改善其心功能和预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on cardiac function and prognosis in elderly patients with myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia were enrolled in this study.The cases were selected from January 2017 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the envelope method,and 60 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention.Sixty patients were treated with early rehabilitation care.The scores of cardiac function,exercise endurance,and activity of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate of the elderly patients with myocardial infarction and arrhythmia was lower in the observation group than in the control group.The left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke volume,6 min walking distance and Barthel index were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation care for elderly patients with myocardial infarction and arrhythmia can improve their heart function and prognosis. |
