血运重建对冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的效果

目的探析血运重建对冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的临床效果以及对患者预后的影响。方法共选取2016年5月-2019年5月在我院治疗的50例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者作为主要对象,用数字随机表法将其分为两组,对照组(n=25)采用辛伐他汀治疗,观察组(n=25)采用辛伐他汀联合血运重建治疗,比较两种治疗方式的临床效果以及对患者预后产生的影响。结果两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的射血分数、左室短轴缩短率均大于对照组,B型脑钠肽水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病合并心力衰竭的临床治疗上,采用血运重建可获得理想的治疗效果可改善患者的心功能,预后理想。

Effect of Revascularization on Patients With Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of revascularization on patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure and its effect on the prognosis of patients. Methods A total of 50 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the main subjects. They were divided into two groups by the digital random table method, and the control group(n=25) was used. In the simvastatin treatment group, the observation group(n=25) was treated with simvastatin plus revascularization, and the clinical effects of the two treatments were compared and the effect on the patient’s prognosis was compared. Results There was no significant difference in the treatment efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05). The observation group’s ejection fraction and left ventricular short-axis shortening rate were greater than those in the control group, and the level of B-type natriuretic peptide was lower than that in the control group. Statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease combined with heart failure, the use of revascularization can achieve ideal therapeutic effects, which can improve the patient’s heart function and have an ideal prognosis.
