| 摘 要： | 目的分析研究PDCA循环护理干预在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选择在2016年4月-2018年9月间本院内分泌科接收的2型糖尿病患者94例,使用随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组病例数相同,均为47例,其中,对照组予以药物治疗、饮食护理、运动治疗、定期血糖监测等的临床常规护理策略,研究组则实施PDCA循环护理干预,对比两组的FBG(空腹血糖)、2 hPG(餐后2 h血糖)改善情况。结果研究组的FBG、2hPG水平均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论使用PDCA循环护理对2型糖尿病患者进行护理干预,可有效改善患者血糖水平,起到良好的治疗辅助作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of PDCA circulatory nursing intervention on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods Ninetyfour patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to September 2018 were divided into two groups by random number table. The number of cases in each group was the same, with 47 cases. The control group was given clinical routine nursing strategies such as drug treatment, dietary nursing, exercise therapy and regular blood sugar monitoring, while the study group was given PDCA circular nursing intervention. FBG(fasting blood sugar) and 2 hPG(postprandial blood sugar) were improved in both groups. Results The levels of FBG and 2 hPG in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with PDCA circulation nursing can effectively improve blood sugar level and play a good therapeutic auxiliary role. |
