Observation on the Effect of Reduced Glutathione Combined with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine in the Treatment of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective To explore the clinical effect of reduced glutathione combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods 70 patients with NAFLD were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine,and the observation group was treated with reduced glutathione combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine.The therapeutic effect,liver function enzymology indicators and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 97.14%,significantly higher than 77.14%of control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of SOD in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The levels of ALT and AST of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the level of SOD was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Reduced glutathione combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of NAFLD has significant effect and high safety,and can effectively regulate the serum enzyme levels and improve liver function of patients.
