摘    要:文章介绍了利用我厂生产的0.27 mm厚普通取向硅钢(CGO)作为原料制作0.08 mm厚中频用取向硅钢极薄带的工艺研究过程,着重研究了不同退火温度与机组运行速度(即保温时间)的热处理工艺对取向硅钢磁性能的影响,确定了以900℃×10 m/min为最佳的热处理工艺,获得了取向硅钢极薄带的磁感应强度B 8=1.846 T,铁损P 1.5/400=11.15 W/kg,矫顽力H c=53.57 A/m的良好中高频电磁性能的制作工艺。

Abstract:In this paper,it is introduced the process of technical study on manufacturing paper-thin steel strip of grain oriented silicon steel with thickness of 0.08 mm for medium frequency equipment by taking the common grain oriented silicon steel(CGO)with thickness of 0.27 mm produced by our plant as raw material as well as studied the effects of heat treatment technology with different annealing temperatures and running speeds of unit(i.e.holding time)on magnetic property of grain oriented silicon steel.900℃×10 m/min is determined to be the optimum heat treatment technology as well as the manufacturing process of paper-thin steel strip of grain oriented silicon steel with good medium and high frequency electromagnetic property that magnetic induction intensity B 8=1.846 T,iron loss P 1.5/400=11.15 W/kg and coercive force H c=53.57 A/m is obtained.
