甲基强的松龙与多索茶碱联合治疗AECOPD的疗效

目的探讨甲基强的松龙与多索茶碱联合应用治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2018年7月-2019年3月间收治的70例AECOPD患者的临床资料,所有患者均在常规内科治疗基础上给予甲基强的松龙联合多索茶碱治疗,观察治疗前后患者的动脉血气分析结果及肺功能情况,对临床疗效进行评价。结果患者治疗后Pa CO2水平较治疗前明显下降,而PaO2及SaO2水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),动脉血气分析结果较治疗前有明显改善;患者治疗后肺功能明显改善,FEV1、FEV1/FVC以及PEF水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗总有效率为94.3%。结论甲基强的松龙联合多索茶碱治疗AECOPD的临床疗效可靠,对于缓解临床症状,改善血气分析结果及肺功能有重要意义。

Efficacy of Methylprednisolone Combined With Doxofylline in the Treatment of AECOPD

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone combined with doxofylline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with AECOPD admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with methylprednisolone combined with doxofylline on the basis of routine medical treatment.The results of arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After treatment,PaC02 level was significantly lower than before treatment,while Pa02 and Sa02 levels were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),arterial blood gas analysis results were significantly improved compared with before treatment;pulmonary function was significantly improved after treatment,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF levels were better than before treatment(P<0.05),the total effective rate was 94.3%.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone combined with doxofylline in the treatment of AECOPD is reliable.It has important significance in relieving clinical symptoms,improving blood gas analysis results and pulmonary function.
