ICU重症心力衰竭有创机械通气治疗效果探讨

目的 探讨ICU重症心力衰竭患者行有创机械通气治疗的效果.方法 选择医院60例2017年2月—2018年2月ICU重症心力衰竭患者.随机分组,常规保守方案治疗组对于ICU重症心力衰竭患者采取常规保守方案治疗,有创机械通气治疗组对于ICU重症心力衰竭患者则采取有创机械通气治疗.比较住院的总时间、死亡发生率;治疗前后ICU重症心力衰竭患者APACHEⅡ评分值、血气分析相关监测指标、呼吸频率以及心率.结果 两组ICU重症心力衰竭患者治疗后的APACHEⅡ评分值、血气分析相关监测指标、呼吸频率以及心率较治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),有创机械通气治疗组住院的总时间短于常规保守方案治疗组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).有创机械通气治疗组呼吸机治疗的死亡发生率低于常规保守方案治疗组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 有创机械通气治疗ICU重症心力衰竭效果好,可缩短治疗时间,改善ICU重症心力衰竭患者血气分析和降低死亡率.

Effect of Invasive Mechanical Ventilation on Severe Heart Failure in ICU

Objective To investigate the effect of invasive mechanical ventilation in patients with severe heart failure in ICU.Methods Sixty patients with severe heart failure in ICU from February 2017 to February 1818 were enrolled in our hospital.Randomly,the conventional conservative treatment group was treated with conventional conservative treatment for ICU patients with severe heart failure,and the invasive mechanical ventilation treatment group was treated with invasive mechanical ventilation for ICU patients with severe heart failure.The total time of hospitalization and the incidence of death were compared.The APACHEⅡscores,blood gas analysis related monitoring indicators,respiratory rate and heart rate of ICU patients with severe heart failure before and after treatment were compared.Results The APACHEⅡscores,blood gas analysis-related monitoring indicators,respiratory rate,and heart rate in the ICU patients with severe heart failure were statistically significant(P<0.05).The invasive mechanical ventilation group was hospitalized.The total time was shorter than that of the conventional conservative treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of death in ventilator treatment in the invasive mechanical ventilation group was lower than that in the conventional conservative treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Invasive mechanical ventilation is effective in the treatment of severe heart failure in ICU,which can shorten the treatment time,improve blood gas analysis and reduce mortality in patients with severe heart failure in ICU.
