猪肺磷脂注射液联合NCPAP治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果

目的探讨猪肺磷脂注射液(固尔苏)联合经鼻持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的效果。方法回顾分析医院2016年4月-2018年12月期间收治的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿60例,按治疗方式分对照组(30例接受压缩雾化吸入固尔苏联合机械通气治疗)和研究组(30例接受固尔苏联合NCPAP治疗),比较治疗状况,如疗效、脉搏氧饱和度、动脉血气指标等。结果研究组治疗疗效93.33%高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前组间血气指标差异小(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组SaO2、PaO2、pH高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率6.67%低于对照组33.33%(P<0.05);结论新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征接受压缩雾化吸入固尔苏联合NCPAP治疗,可显著改善其血气指标,降低并发症,疗效明显。

Clinical Effect of Porcine Pulmonary Phospholipid Injection Combined With NCPAP on Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Objective To probe into the effects of Poractant Alfa Injection(Curosurf) combined with nasal continuous positive airway pressure(NCPAP) in treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods 60 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and who treated in our hospital from April 2016 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively, and the patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment mode: the control group(30 cases received compression atomization inhalation of Curosurf combined with mechanical ventilation) and study group(30 cases received Curosurf combined with NCPAP).Then, the treatment effects were compared,s uch as the clinical effect, pulse oxygen saturation and arterial blood gas index and so on. Results The treatment effect in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that in the control group of 70.00%(P<0.05).There was little difference in blood gas indexes between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,t he SaO2, PaO2 and pH in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and PaCO2 was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group of 33.33%(P<0.05). Conclusion The Curosurf combined with NCPAP in treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome which can significantly improve the blood gas index, reduce the complications, the clinical effects are significant.
