包钢烧结配加低硫蒙古精矿试验研究

摘    要:文章采用微型烧结法对低硫蒙精基础特性进行研究,并利用烧结杯开展了烧结配加低硫蒙古精矿替代自产精矿试验研究。研究结果表明:低硫蒙古精矿具有同化性温度高、液相流动性能差、粘结相强度高等特点;随着替代比例的增加,烧结成品率、利用系数以及烧结矿转鼓强度呈先增加后降低的趋势,固体燃耗呈先降低后增加的趋势,当替代比例为20%时,烧结综合指标最优。

Abstract:In this paper,the basic characteristics of low sulfur Mongolian concentrate are studied with micro sintering method and the experimental study on adding low sulfur Mongolian concentrate instead of self-produced concentrate in sintering with sinter pot is carried out.The study results showed that the low sulfur Mongolian concentrate was with such characteristics as high assimilation temperature,poor liquidity of liquid phase and high strength of bond phase;with the increase of proportion for low sulfur Mongolian concentrate replacing self-produced concentrate,the sintering yield,utilization coefficient and drum strength of sinter showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,solid fuel consumption showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing as well as composite sintering indicator was optimum when the proportion was 20%.
