TBL结合CBL教学法在神经外科临床护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨TBL结合CBL教学法在神经外科临床护理教学中的教学效果。方法选取48名在2017年9月-2018年7月在本院神经外科进行临床护理实习的护士,按照学号抽签将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各24人,实验组采取TBL结合CBL教学法,对照组采取传统的教学方法。实习结束后进行专业知识、操作技能的考核,并对学生对教学方式的满意度进行调查。结果实验组的笔试及操作技能考试成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组学生对提高人际沟通能力及激发自主学习兴趣的满意度高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),实验组学生在提高团队合作能力、增强解决问题能力、提升临床思维能力及有效结合理论实践方面的满意度均高与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 TBL结合CBL教学法在神经外科临床护理中的教学效果优于传统教学方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effect of TBL combined with CBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of neurosurgery. Methods From September 2017 to July 2018, 48 nurses who had clinical nursing practice in neurosurgery of our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to their student number, 24 in each group. The experimental group adopted TBL combined with CBL teaching method, and the control group adopted traditional teaching method. After the internship, professional knowledge and operational skills were assessed, and students’ satisfaction with teaching methods was investigated. Results The results of written test and operation skill test of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The experimental group students to improve the satisfaction degree of the interpersonal communication ability and stimulate independent learning interest is higher than the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), the experimental group students in improving team cooperation ability, enhance their ability to solve the problem, promote clinical thinking ability effectively combine theory and practice aspects of satisfaction are high and the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The teaching effect of TBL combined with CBL teaching method in clinical nursing of neurosurgery is better than that of traditional teaching method.
