胺碘酮治疗急诊冠心病快速心律失常的效果

目的分析急诊冠心病快速心律失常患者应用胺碘酮治疗的临床效果。方法选取急诊冠心病快速心律失常患者64例,于2019年4月-2019年12月入院,依据治疗方式的不同随机分为观察组(胺碘酮)与对照组(利多卡因),每组32例。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应及治疗前、后的心功能指标。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率(96.87%)明显高于对照组(62.50%),P<0.05;治疗后观察组LVEF(左心室射血分数)、LVEDD(左心室舒张末期内径)均低于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论采用胺碘酮治疗可显著改善急诊冠心病快速心律失常患者的心功能指标,提高临床治疗效果,且安全可靠。

Effects of Amiodarone on Acute Coronary Heart Disease With Tachyarrhythmia

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of amiodarone treatment in patients with acute arrhythmia of coronary heart disease. Methods Sixtyfour patients with acute coronary heart disease with tachyarrhythmia were selected and admitted to hospital from April 2019 to December 2019. They were randomly divided into observation group(amiodarone) and control group(lidocaine) according to different treatment methods, with 32 cases in each group. The two groups were compared in clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and cardiac function before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group(96.87%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(62.50%)(P<0.05). After treatment, the LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction) and LVEDD(end ventricular end-diastolic diameter) of the observation group were all higher. It was lower than the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Amiodarone treatment can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with acute arrhythmia in coronary heart disease, improve the clinical treatment effect, and is safe and reliable.
