| 摘 要： | <正>据2020年全球癌症数据发布,肺癌的发病率排第二位,死亡率排第一位1]。作为肺癌最常见的病理类型,非小细胞肺癌(non-samll cell lung cancer,NSCLC)约占85%,主要包括腺癌和鳞癌2]。由于临床症状的非特异性及筛查尚未普及,我国肺癌患者的基数较大,多数确诊时已是晚期,预后较差。既往以铂类为基础的双药化疗是晚期NSCLC患者的标准治疗方案,但其有效率低,不良反应发生率高3]。
