龙胆对实验性肝损伤的影响

摘    要:龙胆水提取物对四氯化碳(CCl4)、硫代乙酰胺、迟发型变态反应机制所致的小鼠肝损伤,有降低SGPT和SGOT的作用。口服龙胆后的小鼠血清与腹腔注射CCl4后的小鼠血清在体外温孵对后者的高SGPT活性无影响。龙胆对苯巴比妥钠所致正常小鼠的睡眠有协同作用,但对CCl4中毒小鼠则显著缩短苯巴比妥钠睡眠时间及延长翻正反射消失的时间。龙胆还显著增加小鼠碳粒廓清速率。以上结果提示,龙胆水提物具有明显的保肝作用,其机制似非直接抑制血清中转氨酶的活性,而可能与肝细胞膜保护作用、抑制在肝脏发生的免疫反应及促进吞噬细胞的吞噬功能或在肝损伤状态下刺激肝药酶的活性而加强对异物的处理等有关。

Abstract:he aqueous extract of Radix Gentianae (RG) was found to be effective in lowering the elevation ofSGPT and SGOT activities induced by each of CCI4, thioacetamide and picryl chloride-induced delayed typehypersensisivity. In addition no influence was oberved on the GPT activity of serum from CCI4--treatedmice when in vitro incubated with the serum from RG-administered mice. RG showed a tendency to promotethe sleep induced by sodium phenobarbital in normal mice, while markedly shortened the sleep in CCI4-treated mice. RG also increased the carbon clearance in mice. These results suggest that RG has a remarkable liver.protective action by mechanisms including those of protecting the membranes of hepatocytes, inhjbiting theimmune response occurred in the liver. and enhancing the treatment of the metabolism of foreign substances.
