我院肝胆外科手术患者围术期抗菌药物应用情况调查

目的 研究我院肝胆外科手术患者围术期抗菌药物的应用情况.方法 采集我院肝胆外科2010年1～6月手术患者病历212份,以限定日剂量(DDD)、药物利用指数(DUI)及用药时间、药品费用等作为指标,对围术期抗菌药物应用情况进行分析、评价.结果 本组治疗过程中共使用过5类抗菌药物、14个品种;8种抗菌药物的DUI≤1.0;74.53%的患者抗菌药物使用时间≤3 d;联合用药时存在重复用药现象.结论 我院肝胆外科围术期抗菌药物使用存在一些不合理现象,抗菌药物使用亟须加强规范化管理.

Analysis of Antimicrobials in Hepatobiliary Surgery

Objective To analyze the prophylactic use of antibacterials in hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 212 surgical cases of hepatobiliary surgeries were enrolled during January-June in 2010.With Defined Daily Dose（DDD）,Drug Utilization Index（DUI）,administration time and medicine cost as criteria,the application of antibacterials was analyzed and evaluated during preoperative period.Results A total of 14 antibacterials from 5 kinds were used in the treatment courses.The DUI of 8 antibacterials was equal to or less than 1.0,administration time in 74.53% of the patients was equal to or less than 3 d;drug use was repeated during combined use with other drugs.Conclusion Prophylactic use of antimicrobials in hepatobiliary surgeries should follow the medication regimen.It is very important to strengthen standardized administration of prophylactic antimicrobial drugs.
