机械通风冷却塔塔群布置优化数值模拟研究

摘    要:冷却塔回流和干扰将影响冷却塔的热力特性。本文利用流体计算软件 FLUENT 建立了单塔及塔群不同布置方式的三维数值模型。通过计算,得出了无自然风情况下,单塔不同塔型自身回流率的变化;有自然风时,不同风速风向对冷却塔回流率的影响;冷却塔单排布置时,不同风速风向及塔排长度对塔群平均回流率的影响;冷却塔多排布置时,不同风速风向及塔排间距对塔群回流率及塔排间的干扰的影响。结果可为工程设计提供参考。

Abstract:The thermal characteristics of cooling tower could be affected by its own reflux and the hot air from other towers. In this paper,CFD software FLUENT is used to build the 3D numerical models for a single tower and tower groups of different arrangements. We have had four conclusions:the changes of re-flux rate for different towers when there is no wind;the influence of different wind speeds and directions on feflux rate of a single row towers;the influence of different wind speeds and directions and row spac-ings on the reflux rate and disturbance of multi-rows towers. These conclusions could be used as reference for engineering design.
