医院医学工程科技术管理规范专题四——医院医疗设备管理技术规范探讨

目的：现代医疗设备器材极大地影响着现代医院的诊断治疗水平，随着医院医疗设备器材的广泛引进．对医疗设备器材进行科学管理就成为医院设备管理部门不可回避的课题。方法：从医疗设备器材的定义、基本属性和管理技术入手，详细论述了医疗设备器材科学管理所应注意和解决的关键问题，并从原则上给出解决这些问题的办法。结果：科学的管理可以正确引导医院对医疗设备的投入和引进，以最小规模的投入产生较大的效益．提高医院抗风险能力。结论：医疗设备技术将配合医院的发展战略，提出医院医疗设备投入和引进策略，为医院领导和决策部门提供强有力的理论和事实依据。

Exploration on Management Technological Specification of Medical Equipment

Objective The diagnosis and treatment of modem hospital are greatly influenced by medical devices. With the widespread introduction of medical equipment, the scientific management how to carry on the instrument and appliance by the administrative department of hospital becomes an unavoidable problem. Methods Based on the definition of medical equipment, basic attributes and management skills, some key questions which the administrator should notice and solve in the scientific management are introduced, and gives out the principle and method. Results It is pointed out that scientific management can correctly guide the investment of equipment, and gain great benefit with a minimum input. Conclusion Investment according to the developmental strategy is proposed, which provides strong theoretical basis for leadership and administrative departments.
