竹片分级出标机出标控制系统的设计

摘    要:设计了一种出标机的控制系统,以实现对竹片基于颜色进行自动分级和标识,从而解决竹片人工分级效率低和不精确的问题.作者分析了系统的硬件组成、工作原理以及控制算法的实现流程.该系统能够完成竹片在工作台上的自动拍摄、分级、出标、分级号显示以及出标机出错报警等功能.出标机的出标速度可达到每张0.25 s以内,性能稳定,可靠性高.

Abstract:The Control system of tagging machine was studied,which made the auto grading of bamboo sticks based on the color into reality,and solved the problem of low efficiency and inaccurate,which was caused by artificial grading.The system structure,operation principle,software was analysis.Functions of auto shooting,grading,tagging,error warning were realized in this system.The system could reach speed of 0.25 second per tag.The property of the system was stable and reliable.
