摘 要: | 阐述了抗渗混凝土无缝施工技术的原理及施工方法,并将该施工技术应用于大同市御东新区污水处理厂FSBBR流离床生化反应池.应用结果表明,利用UEA膨胀混凝土补偿收缩的原理,采用膨胀加强带代替后浇带,可以实现抗渗混凝土无缝施工,从而防止裂缝的出现,起到抗渗和防水的作用,可为同类工程施工提供借鉴经验.

Abstract: | The principle and construction method of impermeable concrete seamless construction technology were introduced,and this technology was applied to the FSBBR flow separate bed biological reaction tank in a sewage treatment plant of Yudong New Area in Datong City.The application results showed that the impermeable concrete seamless construction was realized with the complementary shrinkage principle of UEA expansion concrete and an adopting expansion-reinforcing commissure instead of a postpoured commissure,in order to prevent the existence of crack and obtain impermeability and waterproofness.It could provide an experience reference for similar engineering construction. |
