基于DEA方法的高校科研管理与评价系统

科学评价、有效管理高校的科研工作是很必要的。为此，本文综合当前高校科研管理工作的普遍情况，采用SSH框架技术开发了高校科研管理与评价系统。首先。对系统架构、功能、数据库等进行了分析与设计，然后，对系统的项目管理、成果管理、业绩考核等模块进行了详细设计与实现。在业绩考核模块中采用数据包络分析（DEA）法对科研人员和院系科研管理部门的科研绩效进行动态评价。以确保评价结果的客观性。

Management and assessment system of the university＇s scientific research based on DEA method

The scientific evaluation and effective management of university’s scientific research work is necessary.Therefore,this thesis design and realize the system of scientific management and assessment in the university which integrate the comprehensive situation of the present scientific management of the university and adopt SSH.Firstly,this thesis analyzed and designed the system framework,function,database and so on;Secondly,it does a detailing design and realization aiming to the project management,achievements management,Performance assessment and so on.It did a dynamic evaluation to the research performance of scientific researcher and scientific management depart by adopting DEA which to ensure the objectivity of evaluation result.
