信息记录材料基材的开发研究

摘    要:以原纸为支持体涂布防水涂层,作为信息记录材料的基材.主要筛选了耐水性树脂,并研究了PVB的分子量和质量浓度、防水涂层数以及涂布方式对信息记录材料表观及其性能的影响.结果表明:分子量为20万、涂布液质量浓度为5%-8%、用微凹版涂布方式涂布4层得到的基材为最佳.产品的光泽度、粗糙度等外观指标满足个性化要求,不仅适应了水性信息记录层的涂布过程,而且对信息记录材料的性能无不良影响.

Abstract:The information recording materials base substrate was developed by coating waterproof layers on plain papers. The waterproof resin was mainly selected, and the influence of different molecular weight and mass concentration of water resistant resin, coating processon the morphology and properties of information recording materials was investigated. The results showed that: water resistance PVB has the best comprehensive perfor- mance~ The best value of physical parameters and production process for the PVB: a molecular weight of 200000, coating solution concentration 5%-8%, using micro gravure coating way and coating layer 4. The gloss and roughness of the samples could satisfy personalized requirement. This not only meets the coating, and the properties of ink jet recording materials have no adverse effect.
