| Abstract: | High strength QT800 2 as cast ductile iron crankshaft was produced by sand lined metal mold. Melting was processed in an electric melter. Melt was treated with special nodularizer, multi inoculation filtering and alloying. The casting from QT800 2 has been successfully used as automobile crankshaft on the Jiangxi 50 Ling automobile model. |
