摘    要:高风温无焰燃烧具有高效节能,低NOx污染,缩小装置尺寸等优点,高温空气气化能处理低热值燃料,并产生较高热值燃气。此新型燃烧和气化技术的关键是高温空气的生成。经济紧凑,可极限回收余热的蜂窝式陶瓷瓷热体的成功开发,大幅度地降低了高温空气的生产成本,促进了此新型燃烧和气化的发展。分析高温空气,高风温无焰燃烧,高温空气气化的原理和关键技术,为开发高温空气资源,推广新型燃烧和气化技术创造条件。

Abstract:High temperature flameless combustion has the advantage of great energy saving,low NO x pollution and equipment downsizing.High temperature airblown gasification can treat low caloric value fuels and produce a little higher caloric value gas.The key of the combustion and gasification is how to gain high temperature air.The honeycomb ceramic regenerator that is cheap and can recover waste heat effectively has been developed successfully,which reduces production cost of high temperature air,promotes the development of new technology.Principle and critical technology of high temperature air,high temperature air flameless combustion and high temperature air gasification are analyzed to create conditions for developing high temperature air resources and applying new type combustion and gasification technology.
