高压低速干摩擦变形自适应机械密封研究

摘    要:采用理论分析与试验结合的方法,研究了高压低速干摩擦状态下变形自适应机械密封的摩擦特性和密封性能。通过ANSYS模拟外压作用下端面变形和接触应力分布,分析其对机械密封性能的影响。采用硬质合金与浸锑石墨配对组成摩擦副,通过干摩擦试验得出一系列变形自适应机械密封的性能参数。利用电子显微镜(SEM)对摩擦副的磨损表面进行了观察和分析。结果表明,在高压低速状态下,硬质合金与浸锑石墨配对组成摩擦副运转稳定,自适应性能良好,拥有优异的综合性能。

Abstract:Combining theoretical analysis with experiment, the friction performance and sealing property of self-adaptive and dry-friction mechanical seal in the condition of low speed and high pressure were studied. In order to analyze the sealing property, using ANSYS, face deformation and contact stress distribution under external pressure were simulated. A series of performance properties were obtained through the simulative experiment in which the mating face materials were cemented carbide and antimony impregnated graphite, respectively. The surface morphologies of the material were observed by SEM,in order to analyze the wear mechanism of the materials. The results indicated that under the condition of high pressure and low speed, the friction couple could provide perfect stabilization,self-adaptability and premium over-all property.
