彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中的应用

目的 探讨彩超对甲状腺肿瘤中的临床应用价值。方法 对2001年1月～2002年12月153例甲状腺肿瘤患者术前行彩超检查，术后经病理诊断的甲状腺肿瘤进行分析。结果 术前彩超提示为良性肿瘤的135例中，术后病理诊断为甲状腺腺瘤的69例，结节性甲状腺肿63例，结节性甲状腺肿并甲状腺癌2例，微小癌1例：术前彩超提示为甲状腺恶性肿瘤的18例，术后病理诊断为甲状腺乳头状癌者16例，甲状腺腺瘤者2例。彩超对甲状腺良性肿瘤的诊断符合率为97．8％(132／135)，恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率为88．9％(16／18)，总的诊断符合率为96.7％(148／153)。结论 彩超对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断有很大的价值，可为甲状腺肿瘤治疗方案的选择提供可靠信息。

The value of color Dopplor in diagnosing thyroid neoplasm

OBJECTIVE To explore the value of colorDopplor in patients with thyroid nodules. METHODS Onehundred and fifty three patients with thyroid neoplasm wereanalyzed. The results of preoperative examination by colorDopplor were compared with that of the postoperative patho-logical examination. RESULTS Among 135 cases whichwere considered as benign neoplasm by preoperative colorDopplor examination, 69 cases were thyroid adenoma ,63cases were nodular goiter, 3 cases were thyroid carcinomaby postoperative pathological examination. Among 18 caseswhich were considered as malignant neoplasmpreoperatively, 16 cases were thyroid carcinoma ,2 casesthyroid adenoma by postoperative pathological examination.In thyroid benign neoplasm, diagnostic rate was 97.8 %. Inthyroid malignant neoplasm ,accurate diagnostic rate was88.9 %. Total accurate rate was 96.7 %. CONCLUSIONThere are significant value of the color Dopplor in diagnosisand differential diagnosis of the thyroid neoplasms. It isvery helpful for selecting a proper treatment protocol.
