国产烤烟挥发碱含量对比分析

测定了全国6个省2002和2003年的170个烤烟烟叶样品的挥发碱含量。结果表明:①各产区各等级烟叶挥发碱含量集中在0.10%~0.45%范围内;②相同等级不同产区烟叶挥发碱含量以云南弥勒的最高,贵州毕节和四川会理的较高,福建和山东临沂的较低,河南宜阳的最低,各产区烟叶的挥发碱含量差异显著;③不同部位烟叶挥发碱含量是下部叶最低,中部叶次之,上部叶最高,而且上部叶比下部叶高2倍左右,挥发碱含量差异极显著;④各产区相同部位桔黄颜色烟叶的挥发碱含量均高于柠檬黄,烟叶挥发碱含量差异极显著;⑤烟叶挥发碱含量随其身份由薄到厚、油份由少到多和色度由淡到浓均逐渐增加,差异都极显著。

Comparative Analysis of Volatile Bases in Domestic Flue-cured Tobacco

The contents of volatile bases in 170 flue-cured tobacco samples grown in 6 provinces of China in 2002 and 2003 were determined.The results showed that:1)the contents of volatile bases in these samples were in the range of 0.10% to 0.45%;2)for the same grade,the volatile bases content in tobacco grown in Mile County of Yunnan Province was the highest,that in Bijie County of Guizhou Province and Huili County of Sichuan Province was higher,that in Yongding,Changting and Longyan Counties of Fujian Province and Linyi County in Shandong Province was lower,and that in Yiyang County of Henan Province was the lowest;the contents of volatile bases in tobacco grown in different areas differed significantly;3)for the same growing area,the volatile bases content in lower leaf was the lowest,that in upper leaf was the highest and about 2 times the concentration of that in lower leaf;and the difference was extremely significant;4)for the same growing area and same stalk position,the content of volatile bases in orange leaves was higher than that in lemon leaves,and the difference was extremely significant;5)the volatile bases content in tobacco leaf increased gradually with its body from thin to thick,oil from poor to rich and color from light to dark,and the difference was extremely significant.
