| 摘 要： | 牛心朴子(Cynanchum komarovii)是我国草地危害较大的毒草之一,属于萝摩科鹅绒藤属植物,民间用于镇痛、杀虫、退烧和止泻,也用于治疗胆囊炎.近年来的国内研究表明,牛心朴子的化学成分除含有一些无机元素外,还含有生物碱、挥发油、黄酮醇类、糖类、甾体及其甙、脂肪酸及脂肪酸酯、芳香族化合物等.因此,对该植物中的生物活性物质进行分离和结构测定,以及进一步进行生物活性研究,有着重要的理论意义和实用价值.对牛心朴子的生物学特性、资源状况、地理分布、危害以及近年来在化学成分、生物活性等几个方面的最新研究进展进行了系统的介绍.

| Abstract: | Cynanchum komarovii is one of harmful poisonous weeds on grasslands in our country.Cynanchum komanovii belongs to Cynanchum in Asclepiadaceae.lt was used for analgesia,anthelminthic,bringing down fevers and antidiarrhea as well as treating cholecystitis.In recent years,many researches showed that it contains not only some inorganic elements but also alkaloid,volatile oil,flavonol,saccharide,steroid,glycoside,fatty acid,fatty acid ester,and aryl compounds.Therefore,it has important theoretical significance and practical value to isolate its bioactive substances and determine their structures.Its biological properties,resource condition,geographical distribution and harm were systematically introduced in this paper.The latest research progress in chemical constituents and bioactivities were also introduced. |
