经皮治疗仪治疗轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

目的 观察经皮治疗仪治疗轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法 选择轮状病毒肠炎患儿156例，随机分为治疗组96例和对照组60例，两组均给予补液、抗病毒治疗，治疗组加用经皮治疗仪治疗，比较其疗效。结果 治疗组显效率81.25％，总有效率97．9％，明显高于对照组36．67％及76．7％（P〈0.01），且治疗组未发现明显副作用。结论 经皮治疗仪治疗轮状病毒肠炎疗效显著，无明显副作用。

Transdermal Medication with Treatment Appliance for Rotavirus-induced Diarrhea

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transdermal medication with treatment appliance for rotavirus-induced paediatric diarrhea. Methods 156 cases with rotavirus-induced paediatric diarrhea were divided randomly into two group: Group A(n=96, transdermal medication with treatment appliance), Group B(n=60, routine treatment as control). The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.9% and 76.7% in Group A and B respectively, the significant effective rate was 81.25% and 36.67% in group A and B respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusions Transdermal medication with treatment appliance for Rotavirus-induced Paediatric Diarrhea is an effective method without significant side-effects.
