| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜下胰胆管造影(ERCP)术的临床应用和观察护理。方法对成功进行ERCP术的26例病人的临床经验和手术前后并发症的观察护理进行总结。结果通过ERCP检查确诊为:胆总管结石11例,胆系炎症4例,胆总管肿瘤5例,急性胰腺炎5例,胆管蛔虫1例。结论ERCP术是消化内镜手术的一部分,属于介入和微创手术,对多数胆系疾病的诊断和治疗有重要价值。手术前后的护理是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective Approach of the clinical application and to observe nursing of pancreatocholangiography below the en-doscope. Methods The clinical experience of 26 patients's successful cases and the observation and treatment of complication before and after operating was concluding. Results Through check the ERCP final diagnosis is :11 case of common duct stones ,4 case of biliary tree inflam,5 case of choledoch tumor,5 case of acute pancreatitis,1 case of biliary ducts roundworm. Conclusion The ERCP is a part of the digestive endoscopic surgery,belong to intervention and miniature tresis vulnus operation,it is very important value to diagnosis and healing the most biliary tree disease. Nursing of perioperative is the operation successful criticality. |
