护理人员对“优质护理服务”满意度现状的调查

摘    要:目的调查护理人员对“优质护理服务“的满意度现状,以期为建立健全绩效考核方法和激励机制等提供指导意见。方法2011年10月至2012年3月,便利抽样法选取北京地区6所三级以上医院的311名临床一线护理人员为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料问卷和护理人员对优质护理服务满意度问卷对其进行调查,并分析影响其满意度的相关因素。结果选择“非常拥护,并愿意参与其中”的人数为162名,占52.1%。对优质护理服务各维度满意度评分最高的为排班方式,为(3.30±0.89)分;评分最低的为工作压力,为(1.65±0.68)分。选择“待遇低,与付出的劳动不相称”的占75.6%;选择“护患关系更加和谐”的占47.6%。结论护理人员对优质护理服务的满意度和参与度有待进一步提高,应引起护理管理者的高度重视。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the nurses' satisfaction degree of the "high quality care" and to analyze the relevant factors of satisfaction. Methods By convenience sampling, totally 311 clinical nursing staff working in magnet hospitals in Beijing were assessed by self-designed questionnaires. Results A total of 162 (52.1%) nurses tended to advocate and were willing to participate in the high quality nursing. The highest satisfaction score was schedule arrangement (3. 30±0.89), while the lowest score was working pressure(1.65±0.68). About 75.6%of the nurses were dissatisfied with the low pay and the heavy work pressure. About 47.6 % of the nurses wished more harmonious relationship between nurses and patients. Conclusion Nurses' satisfaction and participation to high-quality care services need to be further improved,which calls for further attention of the nursing administrators.
