| 摘 要： | 目的：以住院分娩服务为例，分析妇幼卫生扶贫资金项目对卫生服务利用公平性改善的情况，结果：对照县的孕产妇利用住院分娩服务的集中指数为0．0215，实验县为0．0001，可近似等于0，表明实验县不同经济组的孕产妇利用住院分娩的服务是完全公平的，妇幼卫生扶贫资金确实改变了贫困农村妇女对柱院分娩服务利用的公平性。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the equitable impact of Maternal and Child Health Poverty Alleviation Fund on hospital delivery service.The results show that: the concentration Index of control county was 0.021 5 and the experimental county was 0.000 1, which was nearly equal to 0. The results could tell us the different economic pregnant women in experimental county utilized the hospital delivery service in equity. Maternal and Child Health Poverty Alleviation Fund improved the equity of poverty pregnant women utilizing the hospital delivery service positively. |
