EPM/LDPE高发泡弹性材料性能的研究

摘    要:以二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)为基体材料,低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为改性材料,添加稀土铝酸酯改性陶土、AC发泡剂、DCP交联剂等助剂,采用密炼塑化、双辊混炼、模压发泡方法制备EPM/LDPE高发泡弹性材料,并研究其性能。结果表明,LDPE用量增加,EPM/LDPE硫化发泡过程的最高扭矩值(MH)、扭矩差值(ΔM)降低,发泡材料泡孔规整,孔径差别小,收缩率低;含EPM70份、LDPE30份、改性陶土10份、AC2份、DCP1.2份的发泡材料直角撕裂强度9.068kN/m,拉伸强度1.96MPa,断裂伸长率314.6%,密度0.245g/cm3。

Abstract:High expanded elastic materials of ethylenepropylene copolymer(EPM) and low density polyethylene(LDPE) blends(EPM/LDPE) were prepared through plasticizing in internal mixer, direction tworoll compounding and compression blowing molding by using EPM as carrier resin, LDPE as reinforcer, rare earth aluminates modified clay as filler, and AC blowing agent and cross linker DCP, etc, as other additives.A And the properties of EPM/LDPE foamed material were studied.The results indicate that as the loading level of...
