非球面镜超光滑加工控制软件的研究

摘    要:根据非球面光学元件超光滑加工工艺的要求,研究并实现了非球面镜超光滑数控加工的磨头控制算法。首先,从加工的角度分析了软件的功能要求,提出了软件的整体结构以及路径规划及后置处理模块的处理流程;然后,研究了回转对称非球面的母线离散算法,并在此基础上研究了非球面母线的双圆弧拟合算法。针对超光滑机床的机械结构,给出了其后置处理算法;最后,利用所述的控制算法在VC++环境下开发了超光滑加工控制软件,并成功应用于超光滑数控加工。

Abstract:According to the requirement of supper smooth polishing of aspheric optical elements,the polishing head controlling algorithm was researched and realized which is used in supper smooth polishing of aspheric lens.First,function requirement of the software was analyzed from craft view.Overall structure of the software and the processing flow of tool path programming and post processing are extraction.Then,bi-arc fitting algorithm of the generating line of axis-symmetrical aspheric elements is researched.Algorithm of post processing is given against to supper smooth polishing machine structure.At last,supper smooth controlling software is developed based on these algorithms at VC++platform.The NC program generated by this software can be well used in the polishing process.
