C反应蛋白与冠心病患者动脉硬化的相关性研究

目的探讨冠心病(CAD)患者血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)与动脉硬化的关系。方法采用VP1000动脉硬化检测仪测定189例CAD患者、164例冠心病合并高血压(CAD&HP)患者和198例对照者(CTRL)的臂-踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(baPWV),同时检测受试者血清中CRP含量。结果 CAD&HP组及CAD组与CTRL组相比CRP、baPWV均显著升高(p<0.001);Logistic回归分析提示CRP、baPWV为CAD的一项重要危险因素(p<0.001;p<0.001);相关分析提示血清CRP与baPWV呈正相关(r=0.274,p<0.001)。结论血清CRP为CAD发病的一项独立危险因素,通过导致以动脉硬化为典型特征的动脉血管结构与功能病变,促进CAD的发生发展。

CORRELATION BETWEEN C-REACTIVE PROTEIN AND ARTERIOSCLEROSIS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE

Objective To investigate the relationship between C - reactive protein （CRP） and arteriosclero- sis in patients with coronary artery disease（CAD）. Methods The serum concentration of CRP were measured and the pulse wave velocity （PWV） were detected in 189 cases of CAD, 164 cases of CAD combined with hypertension （CAD ＆HP） and 19g aged- matched control subjects （CTRL）. Results Serum CRP and PWV were significantly higher in the CAD and CAD＆HP groups when compared with the control group （p 〈0. 001 ）. In logistic regression a- nalysis, serum CRP and PWV were independently associated with CAD （p 〈 0. 001, p 〈 0. 001, respectively）. Fur- ther analysis showed that CRP was significantly positively correlated with PWV （r = 0. 274, p 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Serum CRP was an independent risk factor of CAD and might be involved in the development of CAD through indu- cing arteriosclerosis.
