2型糖尿病肾病肾功能不全与抑郁关系研究

目的:观察2型糖尿病肾病患者抑郁障碍状况与肾功能不全的关系。方法:对130例2型糖尿病肾病患者检测肾功能,根据血清肌酐值分为肾功能正常组、肾功能不全代偿组、肾功能不全失代偿组,同时采用zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)测试评分,分析SDS评分与肾功能不全严重程度的关系。结果:糖尿病肾病患者肾功能正常55例,肾功能不全代偿组35例,失代偿组40例,SDS标准评分别为:(52.55±14.20)分、(58.11±12.28)分、(64.22±10.99)分,存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。糖尿病肾病患者抑郁101例(77.7%),SDS评分与糖尿病肾病肾功能肌酐水平成正相关(r=0.369,P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病肾病患者存在不同程度的抑郁障碍,抑郁程度与肾功能肌酐水平相关。

The Relationship between Depression and the Severity of Renal Insufficiency in Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective：To investigate the relationship between depression and the severity of renal insufficiency in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods：130 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were evaluated with Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）.The relationship between the SDS score and the level of creatinine was assessed.Results：The patients with normal renal function in type 2 diabetic nephropathy was 55,renal function in compensatory state was 35,and renal failure was 40.The SDS score was（52.55±14.20）、（58.11±12.28）、（64.22±10.99）,respectively.They were significantly differences（P0.01）.The rate of depression was 77.7% in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.The SDS score had significantly positive correlation to the level of creatinine（r=0.369,P0.01）.Conclusion：There were high frequencies of depression in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
