戈壁砂和全尾砂充填骨料在金川矿山的应用研究

摘    要:充填骨料是充填材料的重要组成部分,充填骨料的选择与应用直接影响充填采矿成本和采矿经济效益。戈壁砂和全尾砂在金川充填采矿中的应用,是降低金川充填采矿成本的重要途径之一。根据金川矿山充填系统和工艺参数,采用高浓度料浆和1∶4高灰砂比,开展了戈壁砂、全尾砂和棒磨砂的混合料配比试验。试验结果表明,作为充填骨料戈壁砂与棒磨砂不存在本质上差异,可以替代棒磨砂用于金川矿山充填法采矿。全尾砂与棒磨砂混合充填骨料的胶结充填体强度试验发现,当全尾砂掺量控制在30%以内,3 d充填体强度高于纯棒磨砂充填骨料,同时7 d和28 d充填体强度达到金川矿山充填体设计强度。该研究成果应用于金川矿山充填采矿生产,为戈壁砂和全尾砂的工业化应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Filling aggregate is an important part of filling materials. Selection and application of filling aggregate directly affect the filling mining cost and mining economic benefit. Application of Gobi sand and whole tailings in Jinchuan filling mining is one important way to reduce the Jinchuan filling mining costs. According to the Jinchuan mine filling system and process parameters, we used high concentration slurry and 1:4 cement-sand ratio for conducting a mix proportion test which based on the mixture of Gobi sand, whole tailings and rod-mill tailings. The test results show that as a kind of filling aggregate, there is no difference inSessence between Gobi sand and rod-mill tailings, Gobi sand can replace rod-mill tailings used in Jinchuan mining with filling method. Based on the cemented filling body strength test of filling aggregate, which whole tailings was mixed with rod-mill tailings, we drew a conclusion: If the proportion of whole tailings was controlled less than 30%, the strength of 3d filling body was more than rod-mill tailings filling aggregate; Meanwhile, the 7d and 28d filling body strength also reached the filling body designed strength of Jinchuan mine. The research results have been successfully applied in Jinchuan fillingSmining production, and lay a foundation for industrial application of Gobi sand and Whole tailings.
