| 摘 要： | 该文利用随机生产模拟得到了在能量市场和备用市场中机组的收益估计。按优良加载序加载机组，在目前的市场规则下可能出现备用市场的收益大于能量市场的收益，从而引起系统运行经济性的破坏。该文给出了产生这种情况的临界条件，即所谓解耦条件。而且由于在目前的定价机制中这个关系容易被破坏，所以这个条件应该引起足够的重视。

| Abstract: | The income estimate of the power units in energe and reserve marktets is obtained by using the probability power system produetion simulation. According to the cost-based merit order, the units?income in the reserve market may be higher than that in the energe market, and this will came the power system uneconomic operation.Aclearing price relationship between energe market and reserve market for quaranteeing system economic operation is obtained.The condition could be broken easily in the deregulated power system, so this problem must be paid enough attention to. |
